Lilly, headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, is hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to oversee multi‑craft maintenance across utilities, tank farm, warehouses, and facilities at the Lilly Medicine Foundry. The role emphasizes safety, GMP compliance, and teamwork to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.

The position starts as an 8‑hour shift, transitioning to a 12‑hour day shift on a 2‑3‑3‑2 schedule, with potential after-hours support.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a multi-craft maintenance role within a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship).
• Proficient use of CMMS (Maximo) and other Work Order systems.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Oversee maintenance and repair of manufacturing and facilities equipment throughout the site.
