Qualifications

• Familiarity with condition monitoring technologies (vibration, thermography, ultrasound).
• Experience with precision maintenance practices and rotating equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn site software including CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Execute PdM routes, including vibration analysis, ultrasound, and oil sampling.
• Perform precision lubrication to extend asset life and reduce downtime.
• Apply alignment and torque verification per OEM specs and document in GMARS.
• Support RCFA for critical failures and track corrective actions to closure.
• Maintain records of PdM activities, findings, and labor hours in GMARS.
• Communicate health status to maintenance, engineering, and operations teams.
• Produce reports on PdM program performance and equipment health.
• Provide field troubleshooting support, including after-hours.
