Lilly is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician/Lead to oversee multi‑craft maintenance across manufacturing and facilities at the Indianapolis region. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, boilers, HVAC, and instrumentation, ensuring GMP compliance and minimal downtime.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, leadership of a mechanics team, and collaboration with engineering and production.

Formación

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of multi-craft maintenance experience in pharma/manufacturing.
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsabilidades

Lead maintenance team and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, boilers, HVAC and instrumentation.
Ensure GMP compliance and maintain accurate maintenance documentation.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues to minimise downtime.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams on equipment issues and improvements.
Maintain records of work orders, equipment history and spare parts inventory.
Provide training and guidance to team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
