Job description

Role:

The Expert Maintenance Electrician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing electrical systems across Lilly's Medicine Foundry, supporting site-wide manufacturing operations. Main objectives include minimizing downtime, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance, and maintaining equipment performance.

Responsibilities:

• Electrical system maintenance from control circuits to high-voltage distribution (up to 12,470V)
• Interpreting electrical schematics
• Providing technical guidance and training to team members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, journeyman’s card or similar, ability to lift 40 lbs., work in confined or elevated spaces, and authorization to work in the U.S.

Additional preferences:

Additional preferences include prior experience in regulated manufacturing, proficiency in electrical documentation, communication skills, and an associate’s degree in Electronics Technology or related field.
