Job summary

Lilly in Lebanon, IN is hiring a High Voltage Electrician – Maintenance to service, troubleshoot, and maintain LTC utilities at a GMP manufacturing site. You will work on 480V, 4160V and 13.8kV systems and support startup of a new facility, complying with cGMP and safety.

This role requires reading P&ID drawings, using CMMS GMARS, and documenting work per ALCOA+. Associate degree preferred; minimum high school, ability to lift 40 lbs, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining 480V, 4160V and 13.8kV electrical systems.
• Ability to read P&ID drawings and schematics.
• Experience using CMMS (GMARS) or similar work order systems and documenting work per ALCOA+.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Post Offer exam is required.
• Qualified to work in the United States full-time; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on 480V, 4160V and 13.8kV electrical systems.
• Maintain complex electrical equipment such as motor control centers and VSDs.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and repair to minimize downtime.
• Make modifications and new installations of electrical equipment.
• Read and interpret P&ID drawings and schematics.
• Adhere to safety rules and cGMP procedures; follow Good Documentation Practices.
