Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. in the United States seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to supervise and plan maintenance for processing and refrigeration equipment.

You will lead maintenance teams, coordinate with contractors and engineering, and ensure safe, efficient execution of maintenance activities. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years of supervisory maintenance experience, strong organizational and budgeting skills, and the ability to train staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of maintenance supervisor experience.
• Strong organizational skills and sound judgment.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, refrigeration, and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance supervisors and personnel to complete activities safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Plan and oversee maintenance for processing and refrigeration equipment.
• Coordinate equipment installations and modifications with contractors and engineering.
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving equipment and processes.
• Support and maintain automated systems including PLCs, HMIs, and robotics.
• Coordinate maintenance training and budget management.
• Manage team schedules and ensure parts and assets are available.
