• 3 months mechanical experience or enrolled/completed automotive/mechanical degree or training.
• Must have very good communication skills and be able to lead a group of team members and/or contractors.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor in coordinating daily department responsibilities and ensure instructions are communicated to the team and carried out timely and correctly.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair all equipment and company assets while upholding safety and Tyson policies.
• Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and adjust machines during production periods.
• Be prepared to work in fast-paced environments and use the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
