Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to plan and supervise cost-effective and timely maintenance across all refrigeration systems.

You will direct maintenance and refrigeration personnel, administer PSM programs with contractors, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure OSHA standards and PPE usage are followed. You will also maintain records, improve ergonomics, and coordinate Team Member schedules as well as attendance and clocking reports, including monthly safety meetings

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance supervision experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to supervise a team and coordinate schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise cost-effective, timely maintenance across equipment operations.
• Direct, coordinate, and support maintenance and refrigeration staff; oversee OSHA/PSM compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment problems; collaborate with contractors and engineering.
• Maintain records and procedures; ensure use of PPE and ergonomics improvements.
• Coordinate Team Member schedules, clocking, attendance; hold monthly safety meetings across all shifts.
