Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Mainframe Systems Programmer to support ISV software installations, upgrades, testing, configuration, and implementation. You will monitor and on-call support, research new software, and assist teams with technical questions.

The role requires deep knowledge of z/OS, SMP/E, TSO/ISPF, SDSF, JCL, and USS, with strong analytical and communication skills. Collaboration with vendors and cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience within a mainframe environment in a large enterprise.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; strong z/OS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Incident/Problem resolution and on-call support.
• Configuration and customization of z/OS-related software.
• Setup of parameters and vendor communications.
