Job summary

You will perform manual testing, analyze requirements, and execute functional, system, regression, and UAT testing while validating data with DB2/SQL and ensuring HIPAA-compliant data handling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Mainframe QA / Testing experience
• COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM, DB2, SQL experience
• Healthcare domain experience (Claims, Enrollment, Eligibility, Provider, Member data)
• HIPAA regulations familiarity
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of Mainframe healthcare applications
• Analyze healthcare business requirements and translate them into test cases and test scenarios
• Execute functional, system, regression, and UAT testing
• Validate batch processing, online transactions, and data feeds
• Perform data validation using DB2 and SQL
• Test claims processing, eligibility, enrollment, provider, and member data
• Validate HIPAA-compliant data handling
• Identify, log, and track defects through resolution
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and healthcare SMEs
• Prepare test execution reports and defect metrics
