Highmark Health seeks a Lead IT Infrastructure Engineer/Lead Mainframe Platform Engineer to design, implement, and maintain critical mainframe systems, including z/OS, DB2, IMS, CICS, and MQ. Qualifications

5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting mainframe solutions.
Strong knowledge of z/OS, DB2, IMS, CICS, MQ and related technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of mainframe platform systems.
Collaborate with IT, product, analytics and business teams to gather requirements and provide solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and foster knowledge sharing across teams.
