Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Mainframe or similar technical solutions.
• Strong problem solving and collaboration skills across teams.
• Deep knowledge of z/OS, DB2, IMS, CICS, MQ, and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of mainframe systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead cross-team initiatives.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and disaster recovery readiness.
