Qualifications

• Expert level z/OS Mainframe Systems Programming background with SMPE, DB2, IMS, and CICS.
• Experience collaborating with vendors to resolve software and systems issues.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, code, test and implement technical solutions with minimal defects.
• Collaborate with IT, product, analytics and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Monitor production schedule, report issues to leadership, and maintain progress updates.
• Document processes, participate in reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Mentor junior and intermediate engineers as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with latest technologies and best practices.
