You will lead operations, ensure accuracy of delivery records, coordinate couriers, and mentor junior staff while upholding safety and confidentiality in a professional, tenant-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of mailroom operations or related experience.
• Experience in Class A buildings or corporate environments preferred.
• Forklift certification required or ability to obtain.
• Strong customer service and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mail and package operations across multiple facilities.
• Process outgoing mail, weigh, stamp, and prepare packages.
• Coordinate with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and pharmaceutical couriers.
• Maintain logs, tracking records, and chain of custody.
• Provide professional assistance to tenants and staff.
