Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years in mailroom, logistics, or customer service.
• Experience in Class A office environments preferred.
• Exposure to pharma/regulated settings is a plus.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain
• Proven track record of professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mail and package operations across multiple facilities.
• Process incoming/outgoing mail and ensure timely delivery to tenants and staff.
• Coordinate with courier services (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS) and pharma couriers.
• Maintain logs, track deliveries, and ensure chain of custody documentation.
• Train junior staff and lead continuous improvement in mail operations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and facility safety protocols.
