Qualifications

• 10+ years electromagnetic device design experience with demonstrated aerospace motor expertise.
• Has prior management/supervisory responsibility for 4 or more years.
• Extensive motor testing experience including dynamometer and thermal characterization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as chief technical authority for electromagnetic design.
• Lead customer-facing technical engagements including requirements capture.
• Manage concurrent motor development programs from concept through production.
