Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace, electronic, or systems engineering.
• Ten or more years of related experience; MS preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electronic, packaging, and/or optics engineering principles.
• Continuous improvement principles and techniques knowledge.
• Ability to use standard business applications software and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops new or refined equipment, materials, processes, products, concepts and/or scientific methods using advanced theories.
• Evaluates costs, resources, time, and other factors.
• Provides technical information on manufacturing processes and materials.
• Leads cross-functional coordination for multiple projects.
