Job summary
Parker Aerospace seeks a Magnetic and Motor Design Manager to lead electromagnetic systems development. The role requires deep expertise in electromagnetics and practical experience making designs manufacturable at scale for aerospace motors, with rigorous configuration control.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years electromagnetic device design experience in aerospace motors.
- Experience managing teams for multi-year engineering programs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as chief technical authority for electromagnetic design and magnetic circuit optimization.
- Lead material selection including rare-earth magnets and soft magnetic composites.
- Drive high power density motor innovations while ensuring manufacturability.
- Establish electromagnetic design standards and validation methodologies.
- Lead customer-facing technical engagements, including requirements capture and design reviews.
