Bachelor's degree in engineering and 7+ years of experience are expected. MS/MBA preferred for advanced responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BS) in engineering or science; MS/MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, standards, regulations and practices.
• Effective communication of status, actions, and recommendations.
• Proficient with project management tools and Earned Value Management (EVM).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects or phases of projects for motor driven pump products.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project staff and resources.
• Maintain customer interface and present project status.
• Control costs and manage scope, schedule, and costs.
• Prepare technical work and drawings; ensure engineering standards and documentation.
• Mentor team members and act as a technical advisor on major projects.
