Qualifications

• 2–8 years of machining experience required.
• Experience with manual and CNC machine operation.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up fixtures in manual and CNC machines.
• Operate lathes and milling machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, orders, and specs.
• Select tooling and determine feeds, speeds, and depth of cut.
• Secure tooling and position workpieces in holding devices.
• Load and run CNC programs.
• Use micrometers, calipers, and height gauges for inspection.
• Inspect parts for specifications and tolerances.
• Complete production and inspection documentation.
• Maintain quality and support efficient production.
