Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced machine tool repair technician in California to maintain, repair, and install NC, CNC, DNC machines, robots, and related equipment. The role requires troubleshooting hydraulic and electronic control systems and performing precise adjustments to restore equipment to manufacturer specifications.

The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience with machine tools, hydraulics, and control systems, and is capable of disassembling and reassembling

Qualifications

Minimum four years of experience in machine tool repair including Autoclaves, Industrial Ovens, N/C, CNC, DNC and robots.
Two years of machine tool repair/maintenance and two years of machine operational experience.
Graduate apprentice and strong computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

Determine repair methods and perform maintenance on machine tools and fabrication equipment.
Troubleshoot hydraulic and electronic control systems to isolate faults.
Disassemble, repair or replace defective parts and calibrate for accuracy.
Operate and test machines to ensure tolerance before production release.
