Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all production equipment, including manual and CNC machines, mills, lathes, grinding equipment, and other precision mechanical systems with high-precision bearings
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues to minimize downtime
• Troubleshooting PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems
• Assist in troubleshooting complex machinery problems and implement effective solutions
• Install and maintain electrical systems, including both low voltage (as low as 5 volts) and high voltage (up to 480 volts)
• Conduct inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Handle and dispose of waste fluids in accordance with safety procedures
• Collaborate with production teams to coordinate maintenance activities with minimal disruption
• Support the installation, calibration, and set up of new machinery and equipment
• Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures
