Job summary
Lockheed Martin in Orlando is seeking a skilled technician responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production machine‑shop and fabrication equipment across the campus. The role covers CNC machines, manual lathes and mills, additive‑manufacturing systems, and other shop assets to keep equipment available and reliable.
You will perform planned and emergent maintenance, diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, read drawings, and coordinate
Qualifications
- Experience maintaining industrial or production equipment including CNC and manual tools.
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or related systems.
- Ability to read equipment drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Familiarity with safety practices including lockout/tagout requirements.
- Experience with basic fabrication, welding, or shop support tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machine‑shop equipment.
- Troubleshoot CNC machines, manual lathes, mills, and additive manufacturing systems.
- Assist with installation, relocation, and commissioning of equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors, Engineering, and planners; document work orders and conditions.
