• Experience with FANUC, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Alan Bradley, and Okuma controls or equivalent.
• Experience with SNK, Niigata, Yama Seiki, Okuma and Mazak CNC machinery or equivalent."],

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool equipment and controls (FANUC, Allen-Bradley, SNK, Niigata, Yama Seiki, Mazak, Okuma).
• Expert troubleshooting down to component level on hydraulics, electronics, software, electrical, pneumatic, robotic, and mechanical systems.
• Research and repair issues using manuals, docs, and vendor resources; develop PM procedures.
• Identify and replace parts; complete testing procedures and adjustments as needed.
• Complete all planned and preventive procedures; document tasks accurately.
• Develop preventive maintenance procedures with or without manuals.
• Respond with urgency to machine-down conditions; work unsupervised when needed.
• Maintain documentation quality and accuracy for assigned tasks.
• May be assigned tasks outside scope of this description.
