Woodward is seeking an experienced machine repair technician to support production equipment at our Loves Park Campus. This weekend shift (Friday–Sunday, 3:00pm–3:30am) includes training on the 1st shift and a path toward senior responsibilities.

The position involves diagnosing machine issues, performing repairs, and mentoring junior technicians while emphasizing safety and high-quality maintenance practices. Woodward offers extensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

Competenze

Proficiency with troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of manufacturing machinery, including CNC and Test equipment.
Experience with performing preventative maintenance of industrial manufacturing equipment.
Solid troubleshooting skills.
Strong ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings and repair manuals.
Proficiency with using maintenance scheduling systems and other company database programs.
Effective time management and organizational abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with critical thinking skills.
Willingness to embrace change and adapt to new environments.
Keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
