Lindar in Baxter, MN is seeking a reliable machine operator to set up, run and monitor high-speed production lines during a night shift.

You will calibrate machines, adjust speeds, inspect parts with calipers and micrometers, maintain records, and keep logs. The role is full-time on-site with competitive hourly pay and benefits. Prior experience and safety mindset are valued, with 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience as a machine operator on production lines.
• Ability to calibrate and adjust equipment and read measurements.
• Capable of following safety procedures and documentation.
• Must be able to read blueprints or manuals and maintain logs.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning) to start production cycles.
• Control and adjust machine settings (speed).
• Feed raw material to semi-automated machines.
• Inspect parts with measuring tools and record results.
• Test machine operation and fix issues during shift.
• Check output for defects and keep logs of units.
• Maintain activity logs and shift records.
