Job summary

Baxter International Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor II for a 12-hour night shift (6:00 PM–6:00 AM) on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule. You will lead daily production, ensure quality and timely results, and coordinate resources across the line.

You will drive adherence to GMP, EHS, and regulatory standards, mentor staff, and implement lean improvements to enhance safety and efficiency in a high-energy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3 years manufacturing experience and 2 years supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations in assigned area to meet goals and timelines.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, material management and compliance activities.
• Ensure GMP, EHS and FDA-related requirements are followed; drive continuous improvements.
