Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor II to lead daily operations on a 12-hour night shift (6:00 PM–6:00 AM) on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule. You will ensure GMP, EHS, and regulatory compliance while coordinating resources to meet production goals.

You will supervise staffing, training, batch documentation, and continuous improvement activities (5S, visual management). A Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 3 years of manufacturing experience and 2 years of supervisory experience are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent is required.
• 3 years manufacturing experience and 2 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead multiple priorities in a manufacturing plant setting.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day production, scheduling, staffing, material management, compliance, training and auditing activities.
• Interviews, hires, coaches, develops, and evaluates direct reports; provides regular feedback.
• Reviews and approves batch records and supports on-time product release.
• Identifies and facilitates continuous improvements (5S, visual management, kaizens).
• Ensures GMP, SOPs, and FDA/cGMP requirements are followed.
