Job summary

Expedia Group’s Machine Learning and Data Science team is expanding to tackle complex customer experience challenges across post-booking recommendations, customer service, and trip management.

We are seeking hands-on scientists who design state-of-the-art ML algorithms to power and enhance traveler experiences, optimize multi-objective outcomes, and deploy robust models in production.

Qualifications

• PhD or MS in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end ML solutions, including data sourcing, modeling, and deployment.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with modern ML libraries.
• Experience with ML lifecycle from experimentation to monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ML lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
• Design tests to validate models and measure business impact.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
