Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a technical field.
• 5+ years in machine learning, applied science, data science, or software development with production ML delivery.
• Ownership of ML solutions within a service or domain, with focus on model quality and operational performance.
• Strong foundation in ML methods, statistics, experimentation, feature engineering, and large-scale data in production.

Responsibilities

• Develop, apply, and advance ML solutions for personalization problems.
• Design experiments and evaluate model performance to improve relevance and ranking.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, analytics, and science teams to deploy ML capabilities across products.
• Contribute to model development, data preparation, offline/online evaluation, and production deployment.
• Design system architecture, APIs, data models, and robust ML-powered services.
