Job summary

Agero, a leading white-label digital driver assistance provider, is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer. You will design, deploy, and monitor ML models to optimize operations and service delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading ML projects end-to-end.

You'll work with Python, AWS SageMaker, and RESTful APIs, contributing to scalable web services and CI/CD pipelines. Some travel may be required for onboarding in Medford.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in software application development and design.
• ~3–5 years experience with Machine Learning systems.
• ~3–5 years of experience with AWS services (ECR, S3, SageMaker).
• ~5+ years experience in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• ~Experience with web services, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to optimize operations and service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead full lifecycle ML projects from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
• Ensure best practices in model evaluation, validation, and monitoring.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in ML applications and processes.
• Stay updated on ML advancements to propose improvements.
