Job summary

Astreya is seeking an enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 administrator in Santa Clara, CA, to manage SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and governance across large tenants.

You will implement zero-trust security for collaboration, configure Purview DLP/retention, and deliver privacy-safe analytics using Viva Insights, PowerShell, and Graph API automation. Collaborate with security, IT ops, and end users to optimize adoption and compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on Microsoft 365 admin at enterprise scale (10k+ users).
• Deep expertise in SharePoint Online and OneDrive governance.
• Advanced Teams administration, voice/telephony, and policy mgmt.
• Experience with Purview: DLP, retention, labels, eDiscovery.
• Viva Insights configuration, org data management, analytics delivery.
• PowerShell and Graph API scripting; automation experience.
• Azure AD / Entra ID, CA, RBAC; zero-trust security principles.
