Job summary

Astreya is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Administrator to oversee enterprise-scale deployments across SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and related security controls. The role requires hands-on governance, information architecture, and policy management with deep expertise in Purview, Viva Insights, and Zero-Trust principles.

Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph) and Azure AD proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years administering Microsoft 365 at enterprise scale (10K+ users).
• Deep expertise in SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams administration with governance.
• Advanced Teams administration including voice/telephony and policy management.
• Hands-on with Purview (DLP, retention, sensitivity labels, eDiscovery) and Viva Insights.
• Strong scripting skills: PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API; automation experience.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory / Entra ID and Conditional Access.
• Solid understanding of zero-trust security principles for collaboration platforms.
