Brown & Brown is seeking a M365 Senior Engineer to join the Daytona Beach, FL or Plano, TX team. The Sr. Cloud Engineer will oversee day-to-day operations of enterprise productivity and collaboration cloud technologies, ensuring stability, security, and alignment with business needs.

The role collaborates with infrastructure, service desk, and level 2 Microsoft 365 support teams, providing technical leadership and guidance for new solutions and project implementations.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of Microsoft 365 cloud engineering experience; expertise in messaging and Teams.
• Commitment to high-quality service and customer-focused results.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Microsoft 365 and Entra ID services (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, MFA, SSO).
• Resolve Level III incidents and service requests via ServiceNow.
• Provide SME guidance for Exchange Online administration and troubleshooting.
• Assess needs, document requirements, and design Microsoft 365 solutions.
