Qualifications
- Five+ years of Microsoft 365 cloud engineering experience.
- Expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Teams.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
Responsibilities
- Administer and configure Microsoft 365 and Entra ID services.
- Resolve Level III incidents and service requests via ServiceNow.
- Provide subject matter guidance for Exchange Online administration and troubleshooting.
- Document requirements and support design of Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Support adoption of AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) to improve collaboration and efficiency.
- Prepare and deliver monthly cloud operations metrics.
