Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced professional to build, configure, and support Microsoft Copilot solutions and AI-powered workflows within our enterprise environment. The role focuses on integrating Copilot with enterprise systems, automating processes, and enhancing collaboration across Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Build, configure, and support Microsoft Copilot solutions, Copilot Studio agents, and AI-powered workflows that improve productivity and streamline business processes.

Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand challenges and translate them into practical Copilot and automation solutions.

Develop and maintain integrations between Microsoft Copilot and enterprise systems using APIs, workflows, and automation tools.

Support and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related collaboration technologies.

Troubleshoot technical issues, enhance existing AI solutions, and identify new opportunities to leverage Copilot and emerging AI technologies across the organization.

Stay current on Microsoft AI innovations and proactively recommend new use cases and solutions that can deliver business value.

Skills and Requirements

• 4+ years of administration/engineering experience within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, M365 administration, etc.)
• 1+ year of hands-on Microsoft Copilot experience
• Experience building integrations, automations, APIs, or workflows within enterprise environments
• Curious, passionate, and excited about emerging AI technologies and how they can be leveraged to improve business processes
• Experience with Microsoft Co-Worker/Copilot Agents
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
• PowerShell scripting and M365 automation
• Understanding of M365 security, governance, and compliance
• Microsoft certifications related to M365, Copilot, or Power Platform
