Job Summary: Copilot Developer/SME (M365 / Copilot Studio)

Location: onsite Schaumburg, IL

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy custom copilots using M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Integrate copilots with knowledge sources, APIs, and Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
• Build advanced agents and extend functionalities using Power Platform workflows and Python scripts.
• Apply strong knowledge of prompt engineering and generative AI technologies.
• Collaborate with conversation designers and business analysts to translate requirements into Copilot flows.
• Participate in orchestration discussions to ensure copilots align with broader business processes.
• Test, debug, and provide support for copilots during development and deployment phases.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise environment standards for permissions and governance.
• Utilize hands-on experience with M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Python scripting.
• Demonstrate familiarity with integrating APIs and knowledge sources.
