Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced professional to build, configure, and support Microsoft Copilot solutions and AI-powered workflows within our enterprise environment. Qualifications

• 4+ years of administration/engineering within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• 1+ year hands-on Microsoft Copilot experience.
• Experience building integrations, automations, APIs, or workflows in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and support Copilot solutions and AI-powered workflows to boost productivity.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate challenges into Copilot/automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Copilot and enterprise systems using APIs and workflows.
• Support and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize AI solutions, identify new Copilot opportunities across the org.
