Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a senior technical leader to drive the design and implementation of Microsoft Copilot and related AI solutions across the enterprise. You will partner with business leaders, engineers, and product teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity and deliver measurable value.

You will establish governance, security standards, and responsible AI practices while mentoring teams and guiding architecture decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years with Microsoft technologies, including 365 and enterprise architecture.
• At least 1 year hands-on Copilot experience with governance and adoption.
• Experience delivering enterprise AI or automation solutions bridging business and tech.
• Proven track record as a technical lead mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered solutions across the enterprise, ensuring they align with business goals, security standards, and governance requirements.
• Partner with business leaders, engineers, and product teams to identify opportunities where Copilot and other AI technologies can improve productivity and drive measurable value.
• Establish and maintain AI governance, compliance, and security standards, including responsible AI practices and Microsoft Purview capabilities.
• Act as a technical lead and trusted advisor, providing architectural guidance, mentoring engineers, and helping teams adopt best practices.
• Drive Copilot adoption initiatives, including readiness assessments, pilot programs, rollout strategies, and ongoing optimization of AI solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions that can help move the organization forward.

Skills and Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience within Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365 and enterprise solution architecture.
• 1+ year of hands-on Microsoft Copilot experience, including implementation, governance, adoption, or Copilot Studio initiatives.
• Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise AI or automation solutions, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions.
• Experience working in governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI within enterprise environments.
• Proven experience serving as a technical lead or mentor, guiding architecture decisions and supporting engineering teams.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, Microsoft Graph, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Exposure to AI technologies beyond Copilot, including LLMs, agentic AI, conversational AI, or other enterprise AI platforms.
• Microsoft certifications related to M365, Azure, AI, Security, or Architecture.
