Job summary

Kroger is seeking an M365 Copilot Advanced Solutions Architect to lead the design, deployment, and integration of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-driven solutions across the enterprise. You will partner with AI Enablement and other teams to drive adoption, secure configurations, and measurable ROI in Cincinnati and broader Ohio markets.

You will own tenant-level Copilot configuration, integrate APIs and enterprise systems, and guide phased rollouts with governance and compliance leveraging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related technical field.
• 10+ years in software or infrastructure development with emphasis on design patterns and architectural principles.
• 7+ years IT with deep focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Experience deploying Copilot Studio Agents and Graph APIs in production.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop the overall software & deployment architecture of application solutions across teams within a single domain.
• Partner with engineering staff to deliver solutions.
• Partner with 3rd party vendors to integrate capabilities as required by the solution.
• Partner with Senior Solutions Architects during large cross-functional project discovery to develop high level architecture and design.
• Draft, review and maintain architectural diagrams and interface specifications for delivery teams.
• Interact with engineering and product management to influence decisions on solution design.
• Identify technology overlaps and inform Senior Solutions Architecture staff.
• Assess emerging technologies and make recommendations based on business needs.
• Mentor engineering teams on software development and architectural patterns.
• Promote reuse of intellectual capital including code objects and components.
• Contribute to Solutions Architecture Community of Practice.
