Job summary

EY is seeking a senior SharePoint/M365 engineer to lead on-premises to cloud migrations and modern intranet implementations. The role emphasizes designing scalable information architectures, governance, and secure configurations across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform.

You will guide full project lifecycles from discovery to deployment, collaborating with client stakeholders and EY teams to deliver high-quality, future-ready digital workplace solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting delivering SharePoint solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Server (2013/2016/2019) and SharePoint Online administration.

Responsibilities

• Assess & plan migrations: run discovery/inventory, define migration scope and waves, estimate effort/complexity, and establish cutover and hypercare plans.
• Design the target intranet: information architecture, hub/site strategy, navigation, search, metadata/types, and permissions model.
• Execute migrations: configure and operate migration tooling, run pilots, remediate issues, and drive cutovers.
• Modernize solutions: map legacy workflows to Power Platform patterns.
• Enable operations & governance: establish standards, provisioning/lifecycle controls, and operational reporting.
