Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer III to perform complex M/E field construction activities, collect data, develop estimates and generate systems analysis to support bidding and project delivery. This role emphasizes safety, quality and collaboration.

A bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/architectural engineering or related field is required, with 5+ years of construction/engineering experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, architectural engineering or related field required; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years construction/engineering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete increasingly complex mechanical, electrical and field construction activities.
• Develop budgetary M/E estimates using program and schematic data.
• Review options, perform systems analysis, and provide value engineering input.
• Coordinate M/E scopes during bid process and assist with scheduling inputs.
• Mentor less experienced coworkers and support commissioning activities.
