Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a senior-level associate for its Corporate M&A and Securities Practice in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience focusing on M&A and private equity transactions, with strong drafting and negotiating capabilities.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, supporting PE sponsors and portfolio companies, and managing client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in corporate M&A or private equity deals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with client-facing experience.
• Ability to work in the office at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and related documentation.
• Support private equity sponsors and portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Manage internal and external client relationships effectively.
