Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a senior-level associate to join its Corporate M&A and Securities Practice in Brandon, Florida. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in M&A and private equity transactions, with a strong understanding of acquisition agreements and related documentation.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, supporting sponsors and portfolio companies, and managing client relationships while collaborating on middle-market deal

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school (required).
• 5–7 years of relevant M&A experience preferred.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the hiring jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and related documents.
• Support private equity sponsors and portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Manage internal and external client relationships effectively.
