BCG Attorney Search is representing a law firm in Atlanta seeking a senior-level associate for its Corporate M&A and Securities Practice. The candidate should have 5-7 years of experience focusing on M&A and private equity transactions, with strong drafting and negotiating skills.

Candidates must hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, be licensed or eligible in the hiring jurisdiction, and be able to work in the office at least three days a week.
