Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a senior-level associate to join its Corporate M&A and Securities Practice in Charlotte, NC. The role requires a JD and licensure, with 5–7 years of direct M&A experience.

You will draft and negotiate acquisition agreements, support private equity sponsors and portfolios, and manage client relationships. Candidates should have strong communication skills and be able to work in the office at least three days per week, contributing to middle-market deal structures
