Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Philadelphia seeks a senior-level associate to join its Corporate M&A and Securities Practice. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions and a solid command of acquisition agreements.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating documents, managing client relationships, and supporting sponsors and portfolio companies through the investment lifecycle; office presence at least three days per week is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in M&A and private equity.
• Proven track record in M&A and private equity transactions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in the office at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and related documents.
• Support private equity sponsors and portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Manage internal and external client relationships effectively.
• Collaborate on middle-market deal structures.
