Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a senior-level associate for its Corporate M&A and Securities Practice in the United States. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience focusing on M&A and private equity transactions, with strong drafting and negotiating skills.

Duties include drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, supporting sponsors and portfolio companies through the investment lifecycle, and managing internal and external client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in the office at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and related documentation.
• Support private equity sponsors and portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Manage internal and external client relationships effectively.
