Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Business Performance Senior Manager in Integration Management to lead strategic execution for post‑merger integrations. You will drive governance, cross‑functional alignment, and milestone delivery in partnership with RDO, R&D, Operations, Commercial, and Enterprise Functions.

The role requires deep expertise in change management, program leadership, and executive communications. You will influence enterprise strategy while minimizing business disruption and supporting value

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, Bachelor’s, Associate’s or High School with substantial experience in scientific/operational/business fields.
• Experience leading or participating in M&A integrations and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication, executive storytelling, and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated execution plans, governance, milestones, timelines, and reporting.
• Oversee cross-functional integration workstreams, manage risks, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on implementation planning and execution.
