Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Business Performance Senior Manager in Integration Management to lead strategic execution of post‑deal integrations within the Results Delivery Office. You will coordinate governance, drive cross‑functional alignment, and manage workstreams to realize deal value while minimizing disruption to operations.

The role partners with senior leaders across RDO, R&D, Operations, and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree and substantial experience in scientific/operational/business realms.
• Experience leading cross-functional integration or enterprise PMO programs.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated execution plans, governance, milestones, and reporting.
• Oversee cross-functional integration workstreams, manage risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on implementation planning and execution.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to accelerate delivery and resolve blockers.
• Drive change management including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training.
• Synthesize inputs to create transformation mapping and high-quality deliverables.
• Lead integration health reporting through dashboards and executive scorecards.
• Escalate risks and propose mitigation strategies to leadership.
• Ensure activities align with deal objectives and business continuity.
• Prepare executive briefs and decisions for leadership reviews.
• Capture lessons learned to improve future integration playbooks.
